Behavioural Consultations
Initial consultation* ....................£60 allowing for up to two hours, and £30 per hour thereafter
Follow up sessions........................£30 per hour
Long Term Stay (daily) ............£85 (3-6 days)

> Fuel costs are charged as an additional rate if more than 5 miles from our address, minimum £5, or 45 pence per mile based on a return journey postcode to postcode using Google Maps route planner.
* Reduced rates are offered for owners of dogs adopted from Arundawn Dog Rescue and Absolute Bull Terrier Rescue, when owners travel to us on a weekday only - please ask.
Charges when travelling to clients as of 01/03/2022:
(NOT including fuel expenses)
- If travel is over 3 hours each way we ask for a minimum charge of £180 allowing for up to a 4 hour visit.
- If Travel is over 1 hour 30 minutes and up to 3 hours each way we ask for a minimum charge of £150 allowing for up to a 4 hour visit.
- If travel is between 1 hour and 1 hour 30 minutes each way we ask for a minimum charge of £120 allowing for up to a 4 hour visit.
- If travel is between 30 minutes and 1 hour each way we ask for a minimum charge of £90 allowing up to a 3 hour visit.
- If travel is up to 30 minutes each way we ask for a minimum charge of £60 allowing up to a 2 hour visit.
* All costs above are for weekday (Mon-Fri) sessions only. Weekend sessions incur a 33% increase in the stated charges (i.e. £40 per hour)
** LONDON: If we need to travel within the ULEZ zone, we charge the higher rate of £180, plus all travel expenses.
> BOOKING policy: Due to cancellations, we now require a £60 (initial consultation) payment in advance to secure bookings.
> When travelling, we require payment of the quoted cost in FULL, in advance.
> CANCELLATIONS policy: If less than 3 days notice given, the booking is fully chargeable (minimum £60).
Obedience / Puppy Training
1-2-1 Training Course........................£140 (6 weeks)
1-2-1 Puppy Training*..................…..£25 per session

> Cancellations policy: If less than 3 days notice given, the booking is fully chargeable (minimum £25).
Home Boarding
Please note we are only able to board up to Medium sized dogs, e.g. Labrador.
From *£25 per day or part there of, and following night until midday the next day. £20 extra for a second dog from the same household, and plus £15 for a 3rd dog.
Collection later than 12:00pm will be charged at the normal daycare rate of £20 for the first dog and £12 for any additional dogs.
Christmas day, Boxing day and New Years day are charged at double the standard rate.
Other Bank holidays incur an extra £10 charge per dog.
*Dogs requiring special attention, e.g. medication, additional training etc. may incur an extra charge.

All dogs will benefit from socialisation and stimulation with our own pack, a long walk, and will be fed as directed.

Food must be supplied by the owner.

Boarding dogs must be crate trained.

Boarding dogs over 1 year old must be neutered, unless agreed otherwise.
*** Dog-aggressive/reactive dogs may be accepted following an assessment, but are charged at the behavioural long term stay daily rate, as we will make a determined effort to socialise and work with your dog's issues during its stay. ***
> Cancellations policy: Fully chargeable if less than 4 weeks notice, 4-8 weeks notice half stay chargeable. Full refund if over 8 weeks notice given.
Socialisation Walks
Appx. 1 hour Dog Walk (with our own pack).....£20
N.B. this service is a 1-2-1 session and requires the owner/handler's attendance.
This service is not a training/behavioural session, it is the owner/handler's responsibility to be in control of their dog.
If your dog has aggression issues, it must undergo a behavioural consultation (and repeat rehabilitation session(s) if necessary) before attending socialisation walks.
